The full World Cup 2026 schedule, in your local time
48 nations, 104 matches, 16 host cities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, played out over four timezones. It is the biggest World Cup ever staged, and unless you live in North America, the trickiest schedule to follow without a plan.
Pick your timezone above and every kick off converts to your local time. Set the hours you can actually watch, and each match gets a color: green if it lands in your day, amber if it is a stretch, red if you would be calling in sick, blue if only the die-hards will be awake. From the opener in Mexico City on June 11 to the final at MetLife Stadium in New York and New Jersey on July 19, every kickoff is yours to plan.

Frequently asked questions
How many matches are at the 2026 World Cup?
104 matches across 48 teams — the largest World Cup in history. The previous tournaments (1998–2022) had 64 matches across 32 teams. The expansion adds a new Round of 32 stage between the group phase and the Round of 16. The tournament runs 11 June to 19 July 2026.
What time is the 2026 World Cup final in my local time?
The final kicks off Sunday 19 July 2026 at 15:00 Eastern Time at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. That's 21:00 CET, 22:00 BST, 04:00 next-day in Tokyo and Seoul, 16:00 in Brasília, 12:00 on the US West Coast. The full schedule above converts every kickoff to your detected timezone the moment the page loads.
How does the watchability colour coding work?
Pick your timezone and the hours you're free to watch (use the Set Your Hours button in the header). Each match is then coloured: green if it fits your day, amber if it's tight, red if you'd be at work or asleep, blue if it kicks off between midnight and 5 AM in your timezone (die-hard hours). Defaults: 06:00–08:00 morning, 17:00–23:59 evening, weekends free all day.
Where can I watch the 2026 World Cup?
Broadcast rights vary by country. The how-to-watch guide lists confirmed and likely broadcasters per market — Fox in the USA, BBC and ITV in the UK, TF1 in France, RTVE in Spain, TV Globo in Brazil, ABEMA and NHK in Japan, KBS/MBC/SBS plus Coupang Play in Korea, beIN MENA in the Arabic-speaking world, and many more. Verify with your local broadcaster before kickoff — deals can shift.
Can I add the World Cup schedule to my calendar?
Yes. Use the My Calendar builder to pick a team, add the headline matches, exclude the die-hard kickoffs you can't watch, then export to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook as an .ics file. The full-tournament live calendar (links above — "Add all matches to calendar") auto-updates as the knockout brackets fill in. Both options work on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux.
How is this site different from the official tournament schedule?
The official tournament site lists kickoff times in venue-local time only — you do the math to convert to your timezone. This site auto-detects your timezone, converts every kickoff for you, then layers a watchability indicator showing whether each match actually fits your day. It's also free, open to share, and translated into 9 languages (English, Français, Español, العربية, 日本語, Português, 한국어, Deutsch, Nederlands). See about the project for the methodology and sources.
